​The support service at solarheatdata.eu is reserved for existing solar plants or new solar plants, that want to join solarheatdata.eu. The support service is divided in two: A professional / administrative area and a technical area.

PROFESSIONAL / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

If you have questions about specific values, calculations, assumptions or general questions about solarheatdata.eu, including PR and advertising, they need to be directed to the Solar Heat Group at Dansk Fjernvarme using mail@danskfjernvarme.dk.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If you have questions regarding the connection of your solar plant to solarheatdata.eu or operational questions about the data material on solarheatdata.eu, the technical support is handled by easynet, who you can contact at solvarmedata@planenergi.dk or call +45 96 82 04 00.
